We love pets here at Villa Serrano Apartment Homes! Here’s what else you need to know before bringing home your animal amigos:

  • There is a 50-pound weight limit for pets.
  • We have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits.
  • We ask that you keep your dog on a leash when entering or exiting your apartment and in the parking structure, courtyards, and grounds.
  • Cats are welcome.
  • If you have a hamster, guinea pig, bird, reptile, or other small pet, they must be caged and kept in a sanitary condition.
